PER CURIAM. Certiorari to review a decision of the commissioner of economic security holding that claimant was partially disqualified for unemployment benefits pursuant to Minn. St. 1976, § 268.09, subd. 1(1), because he had discontinued his employment voluntarily and without good cause attributable to his employer. We reverse.
